WHO I AM

Growing up isn’t easy when both of your parents were raised on farms. I’ve spent more time on my hands and knees pulling weeds than I would like to admit. But it taught me one thing. Hard work. A principle that I choose to live by. And something I hear is good to have in a future employee.
Working right alongside me were my seven brothers and sisters. No, you read that right. Seven. Factor in my parents and I, and you have a family of ten. As you can imagine life can be a little hectic when you are in a family that size. My siblings are perfectly segregated between boys and girls. My three older sisters and my four younger brothers. But, girls and boy don’t always get along well. I think my interest to work in PR and crisis management actually came about from mediating conflicts between the two genders.
Fast forward a couple years past high school, a state championship in musical theater, an LDS mission in London, a few rock climbing trips, and I arrive at college. I tried a few different majors but settled on the one I love the most. Public Relations.
I took an intro to PR class, and I loved it. Conflict management, public relations campaigns, media relations, all of it caught my attention. I found every opportunity to work in the field I loved. I even volunteered as an Advertising Director for a service group on campus called Y-Serve.
Fast forward some more, through schooling and multiple PR jobs (see my resume), and here you are. Looking at my website, wondering if I’m going to be a good fit for you and your business. Well if a hard working, earnest, broad-spectrumed, talented, and oh-so-humble man doesn’t sound good to you then keep on looking. Otherwise take a look at my work below, and I’ll look forward to working with you in the future.
